S & B is a blog that was created with one goal in mind: A fun and relatable place where anyone and everyone can find advice, learn from our mistakes, grow, and be inspired to be a better version of themselves; a version that they are confident about.

Everyone is beautiful, strong and smart but unfortunately life isn’t a smooth ride. You’ll come across many bumps along the road, be forced to make many difficult decisions and sometimes you won’t even know if you’re going in the right direction. On top of that, sometimes you will feel like you are out on this journey absolutely alone with no hand to hold. But that is OKAY! It is so important for you to know that we, S & B, are here to help you in all things lifestyle, relationships, beauty, and fashion!

Life isn’t meant to be perfect. It’s simply about waking up everyday and being thankful for what you have today while at the same time working VERY hard to achieve all your dreams and aspirations for tomorrow. So remember, live for today, live for this moment because YOU can choose what you want to accomplish today. You have a lot more power than you think do…

One of our all time favourite TV show characters, Blair Waldorf, once said: “I’m not a stop along the way, I’m a destination.” That is what YOU are too! A destination! Don’t ever treat yourself as anything less, keep your head up and stop your crown from falling.
